APPROVAL OF CORPORATE RESOLUTION AND RELATED FINANCING DOCUMENTS FOR SERIES 2010B
Description
The District anticipates issuing Series 2010B Certificates of Participation in an amount not to exceed $100 million in connection with the design and construction of the Venice High School replacement, Sarasota County Technical Institute Phase III, and certain additions and renovation to Booker High School. The structure of the financing requires the Financing Corporation to approve the leasing documents that include the Corporate Resolution and related Financing Documents attached as Exhibits to the Resolution (Ground Lease, Lease Schedule No. 2010B, Series 2010B Supplemental Trust Agreement, Fourth Amendment to Assignment of Lease Agreement, 2010B Preliminary Offering Statement, and Official Notice of Sale).
Recommendation
That the Corporate Resolution and related Financing Documents be approved as presented.
